1. New Patient Form
Please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out a New Patient form.
2. Initial Dental Examination
Your dentist will review your medical and dental history and complete a thorough dental examination. This exam will provide your dentist with a complete look at your gums, teeth, bite and jaw, an oral cancer screening and any required X-rays.
3. Customized Treatment Plan
Based on your history and exam, your dentist develops a long-term dental plan for you. Your dentist will also take the time to answer any questions you have about your dental health and treatment options.

At Fort Garry Dental Centre, we'll help you navigate our options for payment and insurance claims, so you can focus on achieving your dental goals.

We can direct bill your insurance company and our administrative team is happy to assist you in understanding your insurance plan better.
Payment Methods
The full treatment cost must be paid at the time of your appointment. We accept payment by cash, debit or most major credit cards.
